Shriece Franks

Ms. Franks transferred to Jerry Thomas two months ago and has already made a difference! She interacts with the students during all mealtimes to build relationships and make connections. She gives a preview of the next day’s menu which gets the kids interested in getting a school meal. Since she started at Jerry Thomas two months ago, breakfast has increased by 7% (75 kids) and lunch by 1% (25 kids). Ms. Franks also started serving meals for staff such as special salads and sandwiches. She is truly making a difference one meal at a time for the entire school community! Jerry Thomas is a better place because of Ms. Franks and her commitment to our children.
