Gillian Gluvna

Gillian, Union City Area MS HS, came on board in the ’23-’24 school year as our head cook / manager and has had a HUGE impact on our program overall. She has coordinated team building activities which have tremendously improved the atmosphere in the kitchen. Gillian has been instrumental in our success of transitioning to scratch cooking entrees for the lunch program. In a short time she has changed the way we look and think! She ROCKS!
